Message from the Lead
This was one of PME's first projects as main contractor. The scope included removal of the existing waterproofing systems and full maintenance of the building envelope, covering roofs, walls and all external works. The works were planned and surveyed in advance and executed in coordination with all stakeholders, with the outcome confirmed by the client and the supervising consultants, Morganti and Parsons.
