Waterproof Test

When required, we perform a thorough waterproofing integrity test to ensure complete protection before project handover. This can be done either by filling the roof with 10 cm of water for 48 hours or by conducting an electric membrane integrity test, verifying that every layer performs as intended.

Full Roof Access & Logistics Management

We manage every aspect of the process from start to finish, including the safe dismantling and reinstallation of rooftop equipment, tiles, and thermal insulation. Our team also coordinates all roof access and site logistics to ensure efficient, secure, and uninterrupted execution.

Surface Preparation and Waterproofing Renewal

Thorough cleaning and preparation of the existing roof surface, including removal of damaged layers and debris, ensuring optimal adhesion and performance of the new waterproofing system.
